JORIS announces new album VIEL ZU RETRO
Subtle 80s pop with a fresh sound
Its independent release is scheduled for August 25th
Berlin, July 20, 2023 - JORIS is back with a new album. "VIEL ZU RETRO" is the name of the new long-player by the 34-year-old singer-songwriter, which will be released on August 25th on the independent label Embassy of Music.
On his fourth studio album, the Swiss native travels back to the 1980s with a captivating mix of subtle 80s pop and fresh sounds.
The first single of the same name has already given a little foretaste of what fans can expect on the ten new songs.
The album was produced by Simon Triebel (Tim Bendzko, MIA.) and JORIS in Berlin and London.
JORIS's previous album "LIEBE" was released in 2021 and reached number 1 in the German charts.
The singer-songwriter will present his new songs live on an extensive tour in fall 2023.
